Caramel sauce

This is an amazing sauce and quite simple to make.

Preparation time: 5 minutes

Cooking time: 15-18 minutes

Ingredients
1.200 grams sugar
2.3-4 tbs milk
3.A pinch of salt

Method:
In a pan, heat sugar and stir it till it melts. When a pretty golden colour is obtained, add milk and let it thicken for a couple of minutes, add salt and stir well.

This can be refrigerated for a week.
